Terms

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover use of this site and participation in the Nexus partner program. Partners also sign a short written partner agreement. If the two conflict, the signed agreement applies.

2. The partner program

Level Commission Condition
L1 Referral 20% recurring for 12 months per referred customer None
L2 Reseller / MSP 30% recurring, or a wholesale price with the partner billing the client Two active clients within 90 days
L3 Strategic Negotiated Written agreement, named contacts, quarterly review

3. Partner conduct

Partners must not make misleading claims or promise results, must follow anti-spam and privacy laws in the countries they contact, must disclose their commercial relationship with Nexus when they recommend it, and may use Nexus’s name and logos only as approved. Partners have no authority to bind Nexus.

4. Reports and scans

Reports and evidence pages use publicly visible information only. They reflect the settings on the scan date, may be incomplete, and are provided for information, not as a guarantee that a system is secure or compliant.

5. Intellectual property

Each side keeps its own intellectual property. Partners get a limited, revocable license to approved materials for the term of the agreement.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site, reports, evidence pages and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Nexus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that any scan, report or tool will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in a report is legal advice or a guarantee that a system is secure or compliant.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and its total liability arising from the partner program or these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to the partner in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

7. Ending the relationship

Either side may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Nexus may end it immediately for breach. Commission on existing customers continues for the rest of their 12-month term unless the partner is terminated for breach.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and each side consents to them. Mandatory consumer or data protection rights that apply to you under the law of your own country are not affected.
