Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests to contact relevant businesses about the partner program, contract to run the program and pay commission, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers (processors) for: website hosting and analytics (Cloudflare), inbound email routing (Cloudflare), one-to-one outreach email (a business mailbox on a separate sending domain: Cloudflare), form auto-replies and alerts (Resend), form handling (Formspree), scheduling (Cal.com), and payouts (our bank). We may disclose information when the law requires it.
We contact and serve businesses in the United States, the EU, the UK and elsewhere. Our providers process data in the United States and, for Cloudflare, on its global network. Where data moves out of the EU or UK, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to our use of it, and stop outreach at any time. Reply “stop” to any email or write to hello@0infra.dev. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), a separate sending domain for outreach, and authenticated email (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). No system is perfectly secure.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
